Each time when I receive support requests from customers I am handling and collecting e-mails and creating new case for each of them.
It is very handy and comfortable when I can search and inquire groups of cases according to it's category.
Does anybody have an idea how to create/add dependent dropdown fields/lists to cases so I can add categories to each case what was it about?
Basically the question how to make second level dependent on first selection and third on the second one?
