Files are not opening after download

Hi Guys, Hope all of you doing well.


Actually my issue is that, I was transferring files from One SugarCRM to other.


I am using SugarCRM Community Edition 6.5.


Now when I download the file , the file is saving but these files are not opening.


Error is like the permission issue, our files are looking to corrupt and etc. Screen shot is below attached.



Anyone can help me , how to sort this issue.


I will be really thankful. Any Help will be appreciated.
