My e-mails are going to the junk folder on the recipients side.

Hi all,

 

I have a sugar CE Version 6.5.22 (Build 1055). I configured my e-mail inside sugar with my company's e-mail: daniel.sigrist@mycompany.com, which is an office 365 provided email service.

All my outgoing e-mails are being classified as junk on the recipient's server, even if I send to daniel.sigrist@mycompany.com.

 

Is there anything I can do, so when I send an e-mail to a lead it does not go to spam folder?
