We've got a Lead conversion process that associates Accounts (and Contacts).
When converting a Lead with no existing Account relationship, the user must create a new Account as part of the conversion.
While duplicate check is performed when first clicking Convert, it is not performed again after the user has created a new associated Account.
I would expect that the default Account create duplicate check would be performed upon Lead conversion, but this isn't the case; a duplicate Account is created silently.
Has anyone dealt with this before?
