"Add dashlet" button on home page is gone

Question

The "add dashlet" button I had on my home page is now gone and I cannot find a way to make it visible again. The other users lost it as well. Do you have idea of what might have happened?

I have admin access on the site.

Hi Luke,

In Admin > System Settings, check for a setting "Prevent User Customizable Homepage Layout." This may have been inadvertently enabled.
