First of all, happy new year to all of you.
We are using SugarCRM 7.6.0 and there is something that is really annoying at the moment. We have an intern that is in charge of following-up with meetings/actions that are recorded into sugar. Besides, she also creates the meetings for the sales team because some of them are just too busy to keep track or to input all of their in the system.
The problem is, the user who creates a meeting is automatically added as a participant and there is no way to remove it. Is there a way to simply create a meeting for someone else without having to be added as a participant? Or at least, we should be able to remove the unwanted person which appears to be impossible.
Any help on this very basic feature would be appreciated.
