I run a report every morning showing the number of scheduled calls assigned to a dummy user to be distributed to employees to be called. These are displayed in a Matrix report with bar graph by Account Name. The problem I have is if any account has zero calls assigned to this dummy user, it doesn't show in the list where I would like it to show as count = 0.
I have set my report filters as
Group by is set as
And the display summary is
|Column Name||Sort By|
|Calls > Account > Name|
|Calls > Assigned to User > First Name|
|Calls > Count|
This set up works perfectly for our needs with the exception of the missing account when Count = 0.
Anyone have any suggestions to get this to show up?
