Display Account for which no calls are scheduled when getting a count of scheduled calls?

Question asked by mmcpeak@atkinsonhunt.com on Jan 6, 2016

I run a report every morning showing the number of scheduled calls assigned to a dummy user to be distributed to employees to be called. These are displayed in a Matrix report with bar graph by Account Name. The problem I have is if any account has zero calls assigned to this dummy user, it doesn't show in the list where I would like it to show as count = 0.

I have set my report filters as

Calls > Status
  Run-time Information
  Remove
Calls > Subject
  Run-time Information
  Remove
Calls > Contact > Contractor Type
  Run-time Information
  Remove
Calls > Assigned to User > User Name
  Run-time Information
  Remove
Calls > Account > Status
  Run-time Information
  Remove

Group by is set as

  Column Name
Calls > Account > Name  Remove
Calls > Assigned to User > First Name  Remove

And the display summary is

Column Name Sort By
    Calls > Account > Name
Calls > Assigned to User > First Name
    Calls > Count

This set up works perfectly for our needs with the exception of the missing account when Count = 0.

Anyone have any suggestions to get this to show up?
