Campaign Bounceback sub-panel empty

Hi Team,


I am using SugarCRM Version 6.5.14.


I have created bounce handling accounts as admin. I have noticed that when I run a campaign on SugarCRM, I get all the details like 'Messages Sent/Attempted', 'Email Queue', 'Opt-Out', 'Click-thru', etc. However, the system does not record any data for emails that bounce back.


For eg. I am using the email address as Bounce handling account through which I am able to send out emails through Campaigns efficiently. However, there are about 400 email bounce backs which are received on my MS Outlook but not a single record is captured under 'Bounced messages/invalid email'.


Kindly suggest.
