Hello, Our website is an online marketplace, where users are able to pay for certain services.
-My company would like to display certain client statistic eg. display their time of response to emailed invoice. Is there a way of setting up a custom report that would display this?
It would require collecting custom metric - time of response to an email - this could be either sent from our backend or set by SugarCRM if it supports such email response tracking (and then saved as a custom field?). Is this something that can be accomplished with plain SugarCRM, or perhaps the self-hosted version would be more suitable for it such customizations?
-We also would like to list all the services purchased by a client. Would it be possible to represent the purchased service as a 'sale' and have them displayed in the contact page?
