Database failure when trying to configure inbound email

Hello sir, I am akshay , i am strugling with big sugarcrm inbound email setup. its not detecting trash folder or when i click on test setting it is only loading, and after some time it shows database failure please refer to log for details. when i enter mail server adresss as its not working. if i enter godaddys domain name , then its working. i have enabled imap in my google account and removed all security. then why it is not working with for incomming mail settings in sugarcrm. Kindly request you to help me from this.
