Post-upgrade failed 7.5.2 to 7.6.1

This show in log after it shows Post-upgrade failed.

No log is coming.

Many table are missing.

Module Account/Opportunities/Call cannot work properly.

 

Table missing:

- acl_role_sets

- acl_role_sets_acl_roles

What should I do to finishing upgrade?

I don't want to reversion.

 

SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.5.2.0
