Have any Zendesk customers been able to get the Zendesk plugin for Sugar updated and working for Sugar 7.6?
Apparently the latest Zendesk plugin is only compatible up to Sugar 7.5 and this is the only barrier keeping us from updating from 7.5 to 7.6. I reached out to their support and they do not currently have a timeline for updating the plugin themselves. We would love to get the new functionality in Sugar 7.6 but we do not want to lose the plugin either.
The latest version for Sugar 7.5 is located here (version 2.18 at the end of the article).
