email campaign still not running

So we installed SugarCrm 6.5.22. No errors. Configured inbound and outbound mail. tested as working. With some help through the forums, we got cron running and it shows tasks are running but nothing is happening.

 

For example inbound mail checking says its running but when you go to mail client, no ne mail shows up untill you hit check mail.

 

Another more important example is the campaign I setup for two people as target scheduled it and no emails received. job log shows that its running and I am assuming its nightly email campaigns that sends the email....

 

Help, I really cant move forward with this if it cant send emails as requested...
