After cloning a Version 7.6.1.0 (Build 1163) instance, the log-in screen never renders.

Question

I cloned my instance to get a fresh copy for testing some proposed chances. When I navigate to my URL, all I see is the message "Loading ...". Nothing shows up in the sugar log. Has anyone experienced this? Any help to resolve would be appreciated.

Had this and other blank pages after cloning.

Check your console for Javascript errors.

Check your .htaccess file in the root for the RewriteBase, make sure it's correct based on your naming/location of the clone

Check that your config.php for dbconfig, site_url and host_name are correct.

Clear your browser cache, clear your cache folder

Try again.
