[FATAL] Email Address provided is not Primary Address for email

Hello,

 

The problem is that emails are successfully send to SugarCRM users, but bounce for any lead.

 

The following message appears in the log for every lead when I'm attempting to send an email:

 

[FATAL] Email Address provided is not Primary Address for email ...

 

and Campaign status view shows all that emails in "Bounced Messages,Other"

 

When I check that leads, emails are marked as primary one (actually - the only one email for that leads). So, I have no idea why emails are not recognized as primary ones during the campaign.

 

What could be the reason for such errors?

Any idea appreciated!

 

Notes:

A. Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001)

B. Emails are send successfully to the users, so I assume campaign is set up correctly.
