I am using Sugar Professional 6.5 (on premise) and I am trying to create new record in IMAP using admin login.
When I click on save button the page keeps loading and nothing is happening. I have already tried checking the connection between application and mail server using telnet and I am receiving response. Even sugar log is not showing any error.
IMAP / email details are also correct.
Can anyone help me what could be the issue?
