We just found out that when you convert a Lead to a Contact, all of the calls associated to a Lead continues to remain in the Calls Subpanel in the Leads module and you cannot see if from the Calls Subpanel from the Contact module.
Is there a way to change this?
Also, we are trying to delete all of our leads from the Leads module and use the Leads module for a different purpose. So we are converting all of our leads into contacts but we just realized that if you delete the leads then you would delete the calls that are associated to a lead because when you convert a lead that calls do not get converted or associated with the Calls subpanel from the Contacts module.
How do I fix this so that I can get rid of all the leads (since I converted them into contacts) and have all of their calls migrated over as a Contact too?
