Is there a current implementation of a case management solution in SugarCRM? We are looking at SugarCRM as a solution for our case management or quality monitoring solution for a quality team.

Yes, Sugar includes a Cases module, as well as Bugs and Knowledge Base modules for Support organizations. Our Enterprise and Ultimate editions also include a Customer Portal for your customers to be able to track their cases.

Our Supported Platforms will vary depending on what version of Sugar you are using. This article on setting up a development environment may help as well.
Also, our commercial editions can be hosted in our On-Demand environment or on another environment of your choosing. If you take advantage of our On-Demand environment, you will need to load any code customizations through Module Loader.
