Is there any way of grouping accounts into an additional Regional category?

I currently look after New Zealand which is broken up into 6 sales cycles and I have to search through all of the accounts to prepare my trips. I can only filter accounts down to a 'Billing Country' option and need a further filter for either 'Billing City' or an additional option in the Account information to include 'Region' or a similar option to group customers.

 

Do you have any ideas on what I can do to make life easier?
