Manaually remove a partially installed module

I tried to install a module on SugarCRM CE 6.5.x.x in module loader.

Near the end of the install, it encountered a database failure and did not install all the way.  This results in every page showing the white screen.

My PHP error log does not show anything and my sugar log show the database failure, my DB was out of space.

So I am trying to uninstall the module hoping that might fix my Sugar install.  I have used this process before with success.

I searched every file in my sugar for related files and edits from the module and removed the file when appropriate and removed the text when the file belonged to another module like the accounts module.

I also remove the 3 Sugar DB tables created for the Bean.

manifest.php file is here

I still have my white screen so I am looking for other ideas to resolve please?
