We have 5 sales people we want to optimize with a call center process.
We need to have a fluently process of when you start the call till when you end the call.
We also need to be able to see statistic's on each employee and the group as a whole, outbound/inbound calls, time of call, time spend on each call and status of call (won/lost/recall etc).
We would love to be able to have a big monitor in the call center, so everyone can see what's going on.
We run IP android based mobile phones today, and are located in Denmark, so it would be wonderful if there were an app for them, to avoid lots of settings.
