I have a problem when adding new field into workflow

I'm using Version 7.5.2.0 (Build 1033) and I have a problem that after I added new field into workflow it didn't appear and when I see the error on log it stated that [FATAL] Unable to delete index: Elastica\Exception\NotFoundException. Any one can help me on this issue please?
