This is label msg "LBL_INVALID_412_RESPONSE"

Try to delete the cache of Browser or try to open Sugar in other Browser.

I cleared the browser cache and sugarcrm, but even then the error appears.

You still can try few things if you have full access to Sugar (do a backup before):
1. Try to open Sugar in another browser (Chrome/Firefox)
2. Delete /cache folder and Reload the page again.
3. Restart Apache on Server
4. Run a local repair from terminal like:

php -f repair.php
