Making Accounts available for all users

I uploaded information in Accounts, but 'regular users' cannot view the accounts. Is there a way to make Accounts universal to all users?

This is likely due to Team settings on your instance. The accounts are possibly associated to a team that regular users are not able to access (maybe your private team?). Please go to one of the uploaded accounts and see what the team association is, if any, and see if the regular user has access to the team. I suggest that you have all of your accounts associated to the Global team and make sure that all users have access to the Global team as well.
