Lost Admin Account

How do I get the Admin account credentials for my SugarCRM? Or how do I create a new Admin account? I have access to the server on which SugarCRM is hosted. Any way I can create a new Admin account by any config file changes, direct updates in database, or any other way.

I can see in the Employees tab that there is as Administrator account, but I do not have the password for that user.

We are on Version 6.5.4 (Build 8477) of the SugarCRM Community Edition.

Any help is appreciated.
