Implementing integration between our product and Sugar. We are using v7.6 and need to know which versions of Sugar our integration will work with.

Is the integration via the API? The API in version 7 is very different but the old version 6 API can be used for version 7. See:
It looks like you should be developing for REST v4_1 to have it work with later version 6 an version 7.

Hello, stevec is correct. The new REST v10 API is not backwards compatible with Sugar 6.x If you are building an integration that uses the Sugar API and need it to be compatible with Sugar 7.x and 6.x you will need to use REST v4_1 However something to be aware of, REST v4_1 is no longer being actively updated, thenEngineering teams focus (at the time I left Sugar), was on Sugar 7.x and by extension REST v10. In the event you find a big with the old API, I would definitely recommend reporting it (chances are it is on file) and the Support team may be able to provide a workaround. Regards, Dan Kallish
