Call Subpanel on Cases query is wrong (SugarCRM Enterprise, Version Build 1393)

Hi, I have a problem with Call subpanel on Case module. I customized Status field on Cases adding other values and creating a custom default filter.
I notice when I add a new Call, this one not appear in subpanel. Investigating i discovered this condition on query
calls.status IN ('VAL1','VAL2','VAL3')
VAL1, VAL2 and VAL3 are the new status values on Case. It is equal to condition on custom filter.
Is it a SugarCRM bug?
