SugarCRM+Advanced Open Portal Joomla - Cases + Mail

Hi All,

I have installed SugarCRM+Advanced Open Portal with Joomla in order that Customer can create Cases from Joomla Portal and it's working fine. I also have configured mail alerts so the customer can receive notifications and also the one who have the case assigned.

However, I was wondering the following I want that when the customer or the one who has the case assigned answer the email of the notification this answer can be posted automatically on the case.

If anyone knows how to do it I would appriciate it.
