Email template section in password management is disabled in Suger crm version SugarCE-6.5.20

Hi Team,

We are facing issue in email sent. When we try to sent email it says please select a template from the password management. In the password management Email template selection box is freezed. We check on the Email templates and default templates are there.

We tried to create new templates from Email template tab in the password management and it is also freezed. Kindly help us to fix this issue.
