Changing the default 24 hour setting for email reattempts in the Campaign module

I am currently using Sugar Professional 6.5.15. By default a failed email using the campaign module is reattempted in 24 hours.  Is there a way via the admin functionality to change the setting to a different time such as every 2 hours?  If this cannot be done using the admin interface can someone share with me how to accomplish the change on the back end?
