What is the recommended setup to deal with bounces from Case queue emails?

On our SugarCRM instance sugaradmin (id = 1) has my email address, which seemed to make sense at the time since I'm the sugar Administrator among other things.

Unfortunately, as of our upgrade from v6.x to v7.5.1, when we send outgoing email from any of our Case queues (such as autoreplies) the From and Reply-to are the queue address but the Return-Path turns out to be my address (I'm assuming it's because it's the sugaradmin address)... so I'm getting all the bounces etc directly into my email box and the world is getting my email address :( including any spammers that get through.

What is the recommended setup for sugaradmin and to deal with bounces from Case queue emails?
