Hi, I am installing the SC 6.5.20 and I get the following message Could not connect to the database. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details. However, the sugarcrm.log is empty.

Any thoughts? I have checked the config.php file and the DB settings appear to be correct. I have several databases with different uses (wordpress, etc) and everything is working but the CRM.
