I need my integrate SugarCRM with ERP , how do I know which web service should I use for each requirement ? My sugar is for ticket office of a university

The question I would ask is what ERP system are you using? Is it a pre-packaged software or is it custom built? If pre-packaged, I would check the documentation provided by the developer to see what API options they have an if you can connect. You may need to build a connector to connect the Sugar API with the provider.
