Reports module Problem/idea

Problem: System returns multiple rows with the same data if you try to create a report against multiple modules. Example: You have module A that relates to B as one to many. You are trying to report against module A and you use module B to define filters. You don't use fields from B to display columns. Final report will have multiple rows with the same data.

Solution: This happens because of the join clauses in the SQL query. However, if we don't display values from the related modules and we use them to define filters only we still can eliminate duplicates by using DISTINCT.
SELECT DISTINCT will eliminate a lot of duplicates from the reports.
