Our company is getting a "Your connection is not private" page when we try to log on to Sugar. Is there another company that has experienced this problem?

I have marked this post as private as your screenshot contains your instance's URL. It looks like you are accessing Sugar using
. Instead, you should be using
(notice the omission of www.).
I hope this helps!

Adding to Alex's post, the reason this occurs is because our SSL certificate, which makes the connection '
' and secure, rather than '
' and not secure, does not cover adding 'www.' to the URL used to access your On-Demand instance.
