I installed the plug-in on my PC and it works fine. I describe the installation and startup for my colleagues on the intranet.
One of my colleagues did the same thing : all went well test settings : OK , log in : OK... but when in Excel and clicking on any of the plug-in menu entries, nothing seems to happen...
Any ideas ?
OK, browsing some more here, I found this trick (Admin, how can I link this to the original thread from Stephen Valentine ?) :
"Open Excel go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-in
Here you should see the Excalibur add-in and it should be active. deselect it and hit OK
It will then be removed from your Home tab. Go back and do the same process and re-activate it. It should be back on your Home tab.
After I did that I was able to login and it worked."
That worked for my colleague too. Problem solved
