Case Macro to Relate Inbound Email by Partial Subject Match instead of Case Number

Is there any way to setup an inbound email case macro so that the email is related to the case based on if the parameter exists in the case's subject field rather than trying to match the case number?

For example, lets say the case subject is: House Call - John Wilkerson

With lots of cases, it's a pain to go lookup the case number.  Instead, I'd like to send the email into the case via:

Subject: [CASE:Wilkerson]
