Enterprise 7.5,  Sugar Portal: Contacts associated with multiple accounts

In our product, contacts can be 'admins' of multiple bands/artists.

We need to replicate this relationship in SugarCRM.
My first thought was to use the native many-to-many relationship that sugar provides, but it lacks the visibility:
  • contact record view: only one account will be listed
  • contact list view: only one account will be listed
  • contact reports: only one account will be listed
We are also in the process of launching Sugar Portal, or going with another vendor like ZenDesk. However, it would be great if we can launch our customer-facing service portal via Sugar.

Thus, my question is three-fold:
  • If I use the native many-to-many relationship, will the contact be able to see ALL The cases from the accounts they are associated with?
  • If I create a custom many-to-many relationship, will the contact be able to see ALL the cases from the accounts they are associated with via the custom many-to-many relationship?
  • how can we see all the account a contact is associated with via the native many-to-many account_contacts relationship?
