Portal Query: How can I modify the notes columns displayed under the Cases detail view

My client is finding it bizarre that any Notes they add to a Case are displayed, underneath the case when in detail view, in a random order.

They've requested that we display the date_created column which I've not been able to figure out how to do.  I'd settle for being able to sort the list with the newest item at the top, but ideally also displaying the date/time.
