The scheduler can't connect to the imap-account

Hi everybody.
We have a  SugarCRM 6.5 installation on an apache Server hosted by 1und1.  and a strange Problem with the bouncemail-job.

It is an imap-account, and Sugar is generally able to contact the account (inbox,test usw.), but its not able to connect it via the 'Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails' job.
We got no bouncemails listed in the Campaigns.

The mails have  "opt-out" links and are sent by "Mailer-deamon usw." and there is no error in the logfile (debugmode).

Anybody an idea what we can try to solve that?
