Convert lead option is missing from leads scanned from ScanBiz mobile application.

Option to convert lead is missing when a lead is scanned from the ScanBiz mobile application to SugarCRM. When in the detail view of the lead, the only option is to manage subscription, there is no edit option or more actions menu. 

Sugar version 6.7.9

I have already verified the role is allowed to edit leads that the user is the owner of.
