How to see emails assigned to other users?

I am using Sugar Professional edition, version 7.5.

When I see a lead data as administrator I am able to see all the emails associated to that lead.
If a normal user tries do open the same lead, he will be able to see only the emails assigned to him.

What should I change as administrator so then that user can see all the emails associated to that lead independently if they are assign to him or not?
