Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX - Integaration

Did you already implement an integration to Telephon Systems like Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX?

Within the CRM System the user should be able to start an outgoing call.

Also incomming calls should be visible (PopIn) within the Browser.

We have Developers in House but maybe you can give us some hints where to start (TAPI?)
