Defining working hours for Users in SugarCRM

My client is using SugarCRM Enterprise edition.
They have a strange but interesting requirement, just want to know is it possible or not.
CRM is being used 24x7. Users uses CRM on Shift basis for Ex some CRM Users will use CRM in morning and some during evening, so in evening CRM Administrator inactivates CRM Users account who works in morning shift and activates CRM Users of evening shift, and next day again they they do vice-verse.
Is there an automated process so that we can define Users Shift directly from CRM so automatically in evening it will be inactivated and in morning shift it will be activated. I think salesforce provides this feature.
