I am using sugarcrm 6.5 & mysql as database right now.I want to use mssql as database. But i have few doubts before i begin.

1. Is it possible to move existing data of mysql to mssql server ?
2. Will performance of crm affect due to this ?
3.  Is moving from mysql to mssql straightforward ?

Any idea about same ?
