How to prepare for Certified Sugar Developer Specialist exam?

Hi

I am very new to Sugarcrm and i need to crack Sugar Developer Specialist exam.
But i have no idea how to start with it and how to start preparation for certification.

Can anyone please tell me from where i can start it.

    Hello, here is a plan we share internally for new employees looking to pass the Sugar Developer Specialist.  I hope this helps as a guide.  


    Step 1:  Self Preparation, each attendee should have:
    • Fundamental knowledge of Apache, MySQL, JavaScript, and PHP configuration
      • Standard knowledge, not specific to Sugar.
      • Developers can take standard classes executed by any provider for code level training.
    • Fundamental knowledge of the SugarCRM application, modules, relationships and UI, including:
      • Dropdown Editor
      • Studio
      • Module Builder
    • Review introduction sections of the "Sugar Developer Guide"
    • Be familiar with the exam topics and objectives on the Sugar Developer Specialist certification exam.
    • Client Mac/PC running LAMP or XAMPP stack with php version >= 5.3
    • Latest installed SugarCRM application version

    Step 2:  Attend "Sugar Developer Essentials" training course


    Step 3:  Get your Hands Dirty, Practice
    • This portion of time should be spent by students to practice the lessons and examples from the classroom training.  Time will vary by student.
    • Students should use the Certified Sugar Developer Specialist exam topics and objectives as a guide to preparing for the exam…falling back to the training, Admin guide, and Developer guide to help understand key concepts and best practices. 
    • We can schedule follow up meetings with developer support to help address your questions.
    • View the Sugar Developer Sample Questions - get a feel of the type of questions you will see on the live exam.  


    Step 4:  Go for the Certified Sugar Developer Specialist exam
    • Once you’re ready, go to the Certified Sugar Developer Specialist page and Register for your Exam. 
    • You can take the exam remotely. 
    • Click "Register for Your Exam” and follow the instructions to get started.
