Module loader upload leading to error during Zucker Reports installation

I am trying to instal Zucker reports on SugarCRM 6.5.16.

When uploading Zucker reports through Module Loader I get the following error -
Specified directory 'C:\Windows\Temp\A8F4.tmp' for zip file 'upload://ZuckerReports_2.1.1_module.zip' extraction does not exist

However when I navigate to that directory (C:\Windows\Temp\A8F4.tmp) it does exist, with no information in it. When I retry it simply generates a new suffix to C:\Windows\Temp\ with the same problem as before.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? The file size is only 144kb so it's not to do with the maximum file size variable.
