one objective should be to establish Clientss loyalty rewards program and to enable this an electronic solution. The solution should help automatically compute loyalty rewards based on purchase, referral and payment performance of members. It should also allow systematic and regular status dissemination to members. It should also allow members to check on their own initiative status of their rewards either through mobile fone text message, website, facebook or other social networking platforms, email, etc. It should also allow members to request rewards redemption through several means such as mobile fone text message, website application, etc.
