We do have a basic customer portal available for Enterprise and Ultimate customers. It displays Case, Bugs, and Knowledge Base records. If you need to display more, I would recommend building your own portal. Here is a link to our Developer Guide that can get you started. You may also find something in our Sugar Exchange which contains many third party packages designed for Sugar.
