Regular User Problem - Assign to Field did not work

Hi All ... How are you.

Actually I am working on SugarCRM, Community Edition 6.5v.

I found one issue with Regular User and I did not understand how to solve that.

Actually when I create any User. then when I logged in with that User Id and Password.

Then It did not create any record it is because Assign to field did not work.

But same user with Administrative Privileges It is working fine.

So can you please help me, what may be the issue because it becomes very critical for me.

I was doing some changes in User Module. Then I also repair with Admin. but did not solve the issue.

Any help will be appreciated ...
